Screen Share Issue - Users on MacOS 12 (Monterey)
Incident Report for Attend Anywhere UK
Investigating
While testing the Monterey beta we have identified an issue which may impact users who upgrade to MacOS12 (expected to be released in October).

During a call, when a user in the Safari browser on MacOS 12 shares their screen a blank title is displayed to the remote user if they are using an iOS device (for example an iPhone or iPad). There is currently no workaround for this particular issue other than using the Chrome browser instead and a fix is currently under investigation. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. For further information refer to issue 6251 in the Known Issues section of the Knowledge Base - https://kb.attendanywhere.com/Content/known-issues/known-issues.htm
